Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. rice (not Minute rice)
    5 c. + 1/4 Tbsp. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Bring water and salt to a boil.
    Add rice and let simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes (until most of water is absorbed). Add milk, 1 cup at a time (5 cups), allowing rice to absorb milk before adding the next cup of milk (about 20 minutes each time).
