Sour Cream Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    3 c. plain flour
    1 small pkg. frozen coconut
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
    1/2 tsp. yellow cake coloring
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time; add sour cream and flour and all other ingredients.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
