Orange Cream Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
    1 (16 oz.) peach slices, drained
    1 (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
    3 medium bananas, sliced
    2 medium apples (red), cut up
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 c. milk
    1/2 (6 oz.) can orange juice concentrate
    3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix pudding, milk and orange juice.
    Beat well.
    Add sour cream.
    Put in fruit mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate several hours.
