Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 stick oleo
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli in cheese sauce
1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes*
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. water

Preparation

*I use a little more than 1/2 cup cheese.
