Lemon Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. whipping cream, whipped
1/2 (21 oz.) can lemon pie filling
toasted coconut
Preparation

Combine flour and salt; cut in margarine with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add egg and stir until well blended.
Refrigerate dough 2 hours.
