Sour Cream Drop Cookies(Makes 6 Dozen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. raisins, chopped dates, nuts or coconut (add if desired)

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add beaten egg. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with sour cream and vanilla. Add raisins, nuts, etc. Drop from teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes and enjoy!
