Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
7 1/2 oz. can minced clams, drained (reserve 2 Tbsp. juice)
3 drops Tobasco sauce
dash of pepper
1 tsp. onion, minced
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Soften cheese and blend until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Chill and serve with crackers or chips.
