Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large pieces chicken, boiled and deboned
    1 medium bag Doritos
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. Velveeta, grated
Preparation
    Crumble Doritos in bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Spread cooked chicken over Doritos crust.
    Layer onion, then bell pepper. In separate bowl mix soups and Ro-Tel.
    Pour over bell peppers. Top with grated cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 until onion is done.
