Apples And Bacon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bacon
4 to 6 lb. apples, cut into bite-size pieces (skins on)
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Fry bacon.
Remove and set aside. Saute apples until tender in bacon drippings.
Sprinkle apples with sugar and cinnamon.
Mix and crumble bacon on top.
Serve hot!
