Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. granulated sugar
    3 c. flour
    3/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix crumbs; take out crumbs for top.
    Add 2 eggs and 1 cup buttermilk.
    Mix; add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Makes 2 large or 3 smaller cakes.
    Do not mix until smooth.
    Batter will have small lumps.
    Don't forget to grease and flour your pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
