Macaroni And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    1 small can mushrooms, chopped
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked and drained
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except crackers in buttered casserole dish and cook at 300\u00b0 about 30 minutes (until good and bubbly). Top with buttered Ritz crackers (crushed) and cook about 5 more minutes.
    This can be mixed in advance and refrigerated.
    Remove from refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before baking.
