Stir And Bake Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cherries
1 lb. pineapple
1 lb. coconut
8 oz. dates
1 lb. butter
1 doz. eggs
4 c. sugar
4 c. self-rising flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
3 lb. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Cut up all fruit.
Mix butter and sugar well.
Add eggs and mix.
Add flour and cinnamon; mix well.
Add fruit and nuts; mix well.
Pour into a thick pan.
Cook 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes.
