Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. diced zucchini
1 large bell pepper, chopped fine
1 large onion
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. oil
1 Tbsp. fresh or fried basil
3 large eggs or Egg Beaters, beaten
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Stir with eggs and salt to taste. Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 6 to 8.
