Hamburger Upside-Down Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oleo
1 c. onion
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) tomato puree
1 Tbsp. flour
1 pkg. cornbread mix
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Saute onion in butter.
Add hamburger and brown.
Add chili powder, pepper and tomato.
Simmer 5 minutes. Combine flour and water; add to mixture and stir until thick. Spread evenly in 9 x 9 x 1 3/4-inch pan.
Prepare cornbread per package directions.
Spread onto hamburger mixture.
Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
