Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 potatoes
    2 stalks celery
    4 carrots
    1 onion
    2 lb. beef
    2 cans beef broth
    1 to 2 tsp. flour
Preparation
    Cut the washed vegetables into small pieces. Cut the beef into cubes and brown it in a pan. Put all ingredients together in a large pot. Cook the mixture over low heat until the meat is fully cooked and the vegetables are soft. Mix flour and hot water to make a paste. Add the paste slowly to thicken the stew.
