Chicken In Orange Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. boneless chicken breast
5 medium carrots, sliced 1/2-inch thick
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 to 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped green onion
Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish arrange pieces of chicken.
Place carrot slices on top.
In small bowl combine orange and lemon juice, soy sauce, cornstarch, salt and pepper.
Spoon over carrots and chicken.
Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and baste with pan juices.
Sprinkle with onions.
Cover and bake for 20 minutes more.
