Pineapple Spice Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 3/4 Tbsp. hot water
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 small can crushed pineapple
4 egg whites, beaten stiff
2 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 egg yolks
1 c. pecans
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Sift flour, cinnamon and nutmeg together.
Mix all other ingredients, except egg whites and nuts, then add nuts and fold in beaten egg whites after all other ingredients have been mixed. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a greased and floured tube pan.
