One Pan Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    2 1/3 c. Bisquick mix
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Generously grease bottom of loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3-inches.
    Stir all ingredients, except raisins, in pan with fork until moistened; beat vigorously 1 minute.
    Stir in raisins. Bake until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 45 to 55 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
