Sauerkraut With Polish Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 (27 oz.) can kraut, drained
    1 1/2 lb. Polish sausage
    4 medium potatoes
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Mix all together, except cheese.
    Cook in crock-pot for 8 hours on low.
    At the end, add the cheese.
