Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    green chili pepper
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 pkg. taco mix
    1/2 c. water
    2 eggs
    1 c. half and half
    1 pkg. corn chips
    8 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Cook the ground beef in the microwave for 5 minutes on High. Drain.
    Mix the margarine, onion and green chili pepper together; cook on High for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, then add the tomato sauce, taco mix and the water.
    Cook on High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Beat 2 eggs with a wire whisk.
    Add 1 cup half and half, then add to other ingredients.
