Italian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 full boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
4 beaten eggs
1 cup sauteed mushrooms
4 or 5 slices of Munster cheese, thinly sliced
1/2 cup chicken broth
Preparation

Soak chicken pieces in beaten egg for 30 minutes.
Gently roll chicken in bread crumbs.
Fry chicken in melted butter until browned.
Place in casserole and cover with sauteed mushrooms and broth.
Top with thinly sliced cheese.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 To double the recipe, double everything except the eggs.
