No Cook Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. chocolate bits
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. Amaretto
1 c. heavy cream

Preparation

Blend together first four ingredients in blender 2 minutes. Bring the heavy cream to a boil; add to chocolate mixture.
Pour into sherbet dishes.
