Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. raw, peeled shrimp
    1 lemon
    green onions
    cornstarch
    red pepper
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    3 minced cloves garlic
    1/2 c. milk
    salt
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Saute garlic and green onions (to your preference).
    Add shrimp and cook 3 to 4 minutes.
    Remove shrimp and set aside.
    Squeeze half the lemon over the shrimp and add the other half to the sauce.
    Stir in milk and thicken with cornstarch dissolved in water.
    Season to taste.
    Serve over cooked rice or angel hair pasta.
