Peanut Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
48 milk chocolate candy kisses

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except candy, in large mixing bowl. Mix on lowest speed until completely mixed.
Make balls and roll in sugar.
Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0 on ungreased cookie sheet. Remove from oven and top immediately with a candy kiss.
