Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. quick cook oats
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. Egg Beaters
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. canola oil
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine oats and buttermilk; let stand 10 minutes.
    Add Egg Beaters, brown sugar and oil.
    Stir until blended.
    Sift in dry ingredients.
    Spoon into muffin pan that has been Pam sprayed. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven about 15 minutes.
    Makes 6 muffins.
