Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. wine vinegar
    1/3 c. oil
    1 small onion, sliced thin
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dry parsley flakes
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    2 (6 oz.) cans button mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except mushrooms.
    Bring to a boil. Add mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Marinate at least overnight or longer.
