German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. cinnamon or apple pie spice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
4 c. apples, diced
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares.
