No-Crust Pumpkin Pie(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    Egg Beaters (equivalent of 2 eggs)
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk or low-fat milk
Preparation
    Spray a glass pie plate with nonstick cooking spray (Pam). Mix all ingredients in order given.
    Pour into pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Cool.
    Serve with lite Cool Whip, if desired.
