Orange Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    67 Ritz crackers, crushed real fine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 sticks oleo, melted
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
    6 oz. frozen orange juice (do not thaw)
    2 cans Mandarin oranges, well drained and each cut in half
Preparation
    Set Eagle Brand milk in refrigerator overnight.
    Put in mixer bowl and
    beat
    4 minutes.\tFold in Cool Whip and frozen orange juice.
    Fold
    in Mandarin oranges.\tMix crackers, sugar and oleo together.
    Save 3/4 cup for topping.
    Pat crackers in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour orange mixture in and sprinkle rest of crackers on top. Refrigerate.
