Fluffy Butter Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. butter (must be butter)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix flour with milk.
Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Add to thick mixture and heat for 10 minutes or until as fluffy as desired.
Icing becomes harder when refrigerated.
