Frosty Creme De Menthe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. (4 c.) vanilla ice cream, softened
    1/2 c. creme de menthe
    1/4 c. Irish cream liqueur
    5 rectangular foil-wrapped green layered mints, cut in half diagonally (if desired)
Preparation
    In blender container or food processor bowl with metal blade, combine all ingredients, except mints.
    Blend on high speed 1 minute or until smooth.
    Serve in champagne glasses.
    Top each with mint triangle.
    Yields 10 (1/2-cup) servings.
