Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 zucchini squash
    3 yellow squash
    4 potatoes
    2 onions
    1 green pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1 stick butter
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 tsp. garlic
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Layer ingredients in respective order.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until boiling, then lower to 350\u00b0 or 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
