Strawberry-Pineapple Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Mix in partially defrosted strawberries, pineapple and salt.
    Pour half of the gelatin into an 8-cup mold and refrigerate until firm.
    Keep remaining gelatin at room temperature.
