Monkey Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can kernel corn or peas, drained
    3 c. mashed potatoes
    1 medium onion, diced
    6 slices cheese
    2 lb. lean hamburger meat
Preparation
    Brown hamburger meat. Add onion, cooking until onions are clear. Drain beef fat off and add corn or peas. Lightly oil casserole dish or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Spoon the mixture in casserole dish; pat the mixture flat. Spread mashed potatoes over the top of the mixture. Top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 in oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Calories: 161; cholesterol 26 mg; total fat 7 g and sodium 365 mg.
