Vegetable Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. pkg. mixed frozen vegetables
    2 Tbsp. onion, diced
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. mayo
    corn flake crumbs
Preparation
    Boil vegetables 10 minutes; drain.
    Grease 8 x 8-inch pan; put layer of corn flake crumbs on bottom of pan.
    Mash and mix all other ingredients.
    Put on corn flakes; top with thick layer of corn flake crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Let stand a few minutes before cutting into squares.
    Good with chicken or beef.
