Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 new potatoes, cooked, cubed (not peeled)
    1 large chopped onion
    1 jar pimentos
    1/2 pkg. cubed cheese
    1 slice bread, crumbled
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cornflakes and place in a greased casserole dish.
    Cover with crushed cornflakes.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
