Barbecued Opossum - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 opossum, dressed
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. black pepper
    4 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Place the opossum in a baking pan lined with aluminum foil. Prepare the barbecue sauce by combining the remaining ingredients. Baste the animal with the sauce.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours, basting frequently with sauce.
    Uncover the meat and cook further until browned.
