Pork Chops And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium baking potatoes
    4 to 6 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. flour
    milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Sprinkle on salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of flour on top.
    Pour enough milk over potatoes to see milk in between, but do not cover.
    Salt and pepper chops, then place them on top of potato mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, uncovered.
