Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    chopped onions
    1 can fresh or canned tomatoes
    tomato juice
    cooked macaroni
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onions; drain.
    Place in heavy pan.
    Add fresh or canned tomatoes.
    Add tomato juice to cover.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
    When cooked down,\" add cooked macaroni and stir to mix.
