Quail In A Bag - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 quail
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    1/2 c. parsley
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. water
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Salt and pepper the quail.
    Place in a large cooking bag. Sprinkle with flour.
    Add mushrooms, parsley, onions, water, garlic and bell peppers.
    Close bag and prick top.
    Cook one hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
