Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 oz. (1 can) pineapple, crushed
16 oz. (1 medium tub) sour cream
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cherries, chopped
1/4 c. nuts, chopped
1 banana, mashed
lettuce leaves
Preparation

Drain pineapple well.
Add rest of ingredients (except lettuce) and mix well.
Freeze in muffin tins.
