Cola Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. cola soft drink
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Sift sugar and flour together.
In saucepan, combine butter, shortening, cocoa and cola; heat to boiling.
Add marshmallows and stir until dissolved.
Add buttermilk, soda and vanilla extract. Mix well and add to flour and sugar mixture.
Mix well.
Bake in well-greased and floured oblong pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
