Microwave Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    32 oz. spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In large glass, crumble beef.
    Heat 2 to 3 minutes on high heat until brown, stirring once.
    Drain.
    Stir in spaghetti sauce and water.
    Combine cottage cheese, egg and pepper.
    In oblong baking dish, spoon 1/2 cup sauce.
    Alternately layer noodles, egg mixture, Mozzarella and meat sauce, forming 2 layers.
    Heat 8 minutes on High (turning once) until noodles are tender.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Let stand covered 15 minutes before serving.
