Volie'S Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean hamburger meat
    1 egg, beaten
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 to 4 large pods garlic, crushed
    1 c. raw instant rice
    1 can tomatoes, crushed and drained
    salt and crushed pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 qt. can tomato juice
    1 extra large head cabbage
Preparation
    Mix the first 7 ingredients together in a bowl and prepare the cabbage leaves.
    Wilt the cabbage leaves.
    Place some of the meat mixture in each leaf and roll up.
    Secure with a toothpick.
    Put into a large Dutch oven.
    Pour the tomato juice over the rolls. Add chili powder.
    Boil gently for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
