Marinated Mushrooms(Appetizer) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 c. vinegar
1 c. oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
3 Tbsp. minced green onions
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Wash and dry mushrooms.
Blend remaining ingredients and pour over mushrooms.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Drain.
Serve as appetizer or spoon on top of salad greens and serve as a salad.
