Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk or yogurt
    2 to 3 eggs
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    2/3 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Stir in buttermilk and eggs.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add melted butter (and nuts, if desired).
    Blend well.
    Allow batter to rest for at least 1 hour.
    It can be refrigerated overnight.
    Bake in preheated waffle iron.
