Microwave Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed chicken broth
    1 1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 green onion (optional)
Preparation
    Mix broth, water, onion and soy sauce in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover.
    Microwave at High (100%) until mixture boils, 8 to 10 minutes.
    Pour eggs into mixture, stirring gently until eggs form strings.
    Serve with can fried noodles with green onions (optional).
