Bacon Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes (2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    fresh chopped cilantro
Preparation
    Cook peeled tomatoes until tender but firm.
    Drain and cube. Mix potatoes, onion, cheese and mayo.
    Bake in ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with bacon; cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese melts. Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
