Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. raw diced apples
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Pour sugar over apples and let
    stand
    for 1 hour.
    Mix eggs, vanilla and oil together and
    add
    to
    apples and sugar; mix well. Add salt, flour and soda.
    Mix well, then add nuts. Bake in loaf or tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
