Quick Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fruit (if presweetened, use 1/2 c. sugar, otherwise use 1 c. sugar)
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Cook fruit until thickened.
    Sift together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
    Add salad oil and milk.
    Pour over cooked fruit.
    Pour boiling water over it.
    Cook for 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
